Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of pornidea.com. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by the administrator of the pornidea.com service, who can be contacted at [email protected].
Access for adults only
The service is for people aged 18 or older. You confirm that you are at least 18, and that you are legally allowed to view and take part in adult content where you live. Access to your account opens after you sign up and confirm your email address with the code we send you. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.
What the service is
PornIdea is a marketplace for ideas and orders of adult content. Fans can post and support ideas, and creators can respond to them and agree on custom orders. We provide the platform where these people meet. Unless stated otherwise, we are not a party to the agreement between a fan and a creator, and we do not produce the content ourselves.
All participants are expected to be verified adults, aged 18 or older.
Content rules
All content and requests must involve only consenting adults. It is strictly forbidden to post, request or produce content that involves anyone under 18, content made or shared without the clear consent of everyone shown, or any content that is illegal. You must not use the service to harass, threaten or pressure other people, to impersonate others, or to share private information about anyone without permission.
A creator may decline any request, and a fan must accept a refusal. Content or requests that break these rules may be removed, and the accounts involved may be suspended or closed.
Orders and fees
When a fan and a creator agree on an order, they are responsible for settling its scope, price, delivery date and any conditions about privacy or reuse. We recommend writing these terms down clearly before work begins.
We charge a commission of 15 to 20 percent on each completed order. The commission applies only to orders that are completed. The exact amount is shown before an order is confirmed.
Refunds
Orders are for content made specifically for the fan, so as a general rule completed orders are not refunded. If you believe there is a problem with an order, contact [email protected] with the order details and the agreed terms, and we will review the matter.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, remove content or restrict access at any time if we believe these terms have been broken, if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect other users or the service. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
Liability
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any particular order will be completed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions or content of users, for agreements between users, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
